La mia premessa al discorso dell'albo è una normativa + dettagliata e maggiormente rispondente a requisiti specifici non vaghi e aggirabili come quelli attuali. Poi sono perfettamente consapevole che in Italia le leggi non girano per il verso giusto ma appellarsi a ciò è inutile. Poi se volete farvi una bella risata chiamate gli uffici delle vostre asl e provate a chiedere l'elenco dei tatuatori da loro autorizzati. Vi dico solo che a me hanno risposto se stavo cercando i veterinari per tatuare i cani!!!
